Very close to the beach. We actually went back to the appartment to use the toilet and to pick up cold water while we were sunbathing at the beach. Never stayed that close to the beach before and I liked it. Nice rooms - old furnitures - but it was clean when we arrived. There was no cleaning during our stay but we got cleaned towels once. It was possible to park at the hotel free of charge, and I think they have parking for every guest so don't worry about parkingproblems! Our appartment had two balconies.
There was absolutely no cleaning during our stay. I think they at least could take out the garbage - but it wasn't a big deal taking it out ourself as there were containers outside the hotel. In the kitchen there was a poster with instructions on how to resycle the waste in the different bins and coloured plastic bags. I suggest they write the information in english if they want their guest to follow the instructions... It's a bit far from the old city - a 20 minute walk.

Great location!! The family who owns it was really nice, friendly and helpful. Very cheap and more convenient compared to other b&B. We were welcomed with water and fresh fruit as a gift which was a very nice touch. Flat very clean, spacious and new. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Very close to the beach! Easy access to downtown and historic district (even with 2 small children). Large Bed upstairs was very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped with dishes, pans, glasses, etc. Amazing view!
Our AC was not working and we had a lot of problems with mosquitos. Definitely need screens and or mosquito nets for the beds. Also, at first the fridge was plugged into a non functioning plug...so it was not on. Luckily our food did not spoil before we realized it. We called the numbers we had for the owners/managers, but the msg was not responded to. A listing of local restaurants, and a map with grocery store and restaurants identified would help overcome the language barrier with the managers. A few pieces of beach equipment (chairs, small beach toys for kids, umbrella, beach towels) would be a nice touch as well.

Nice and rather big appartment with kitchen. Very close to the beach and not too far from the city center. A nice place to stay for a couple of days.
It was a little problem that the host could not speak english - but he was very kind.

Antonio showed us around.has good English.very friendly n helpful. We thought the bowl of fruit and bottle of water on arrival a really nice gesture. The apartment was really clean with a great view from the balcony. Got the sun all afternoon. We hired bikes from the rent a car premises.take a left exiting apartment towards old town. On 1st roundabout u will see the rent a car sign.cost 8 euros per bike per day. Other places cost 12 euros.Plenty of cycles lanes in both directions and few hills. Bus from airport costs 1euro each way.you can get several buses. One goes 2bus station.apartment about quarter mile walking.another bus stops at billa supermarket. Very close to apartment.can get a bus to airport from outside billa as well.need to buy ticket in tobacconist beforehand. Old town a pleasant walk along promenade. Some lovely beaches about 6 kilometres away .just take right turn when u exit apartment. Stick to coastal cycle lane in direction of fertilia
Renovations next door a bit noisy.

Very friendly manager who waited for us late in the evening on arrival. Complementary fruit bowl in room. Great balcony overlooking the beach and a beautiful view of the sea from huge windows in spacious kitchen and main bedroom. Beach right across the street and close to grocery stores. Short 15 minute walk along the shore into the old town.
Beds were very hard (only box spring), pillows were thin (no extra pillows), quite uncomfortable for most of the family. Air conditioners didn't work. Shower doors were broken and the drain plugged which made it difficult for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to all shower in turn. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom, a long empty wall would be perfect to set hooks/rack on! ;-)

The location of the appartment was perfect. It is about 1 mile walk from the city centre along a wide palm tree lined promenade. The appartment was spacious and we had a sea view room with a balcony facing west. It would be difficult to surpass the view. Another plus was the private carpark behind the building.
The internal dimensions of the shower was 53 x 53cms [21 x 21 ins.] less the shower control. It was impossible for a normal size person to shower with these restrictions. It is not acceptable to have to resort to a wash basin for one's hygene

Fantastic apartments. It was exactly what was needed for a beach holiday. Only thought would be for them to have a few more of the basics provided, lighter for stove, kettle, washing up liquid and insect spray (there were a few Mosquitos) but all of this can be found at either of the two supermarkets which are less than 10 mins walk away. Hosts were very friendly and had great advice on local attractions. Fruit basket and bottled water was a nice touch. We didn't want to leave!!
